Refund Policy

1. Our Guarantee
We want you to be fully satisfied with GDD.studio. If our Pro plan does not meet your expectations, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial subscription purchase.
2. Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request it within 7 days of your first subscription payment
- It is your first time subscribing to a paid plan on GDD.studio
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@gdd.studio with:
- Your account email address
- The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)
We will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.
4. After the 7-Day Period
After the initial 7-day window:
- Refunds are not automatically granted
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
- Upon cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
- We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances (e.g., extended service outages, billing errors)
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel:
- No further charges will be made
- You keep Pro features until the end of the current billing cycle
- Your account reverts to the Free plan after the billing period ends
- Your content is preserved (subject to Free plan limits)
6. Free Plan
The Free plan is free of charge and does not require any payment. There is nothing to refund for the Free plan.
